Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We're directly factory ,from extrusion to surface treatments manufacture, One-stop supply factory.

Q2: What certification do you have? What's your standard?
A: We have ISO CE certification. Our standard is DIN, AAMA, AS/NZS, China GB.

Q3: What's the delivery time for samples and mass production?
A: (1). 1 week to open the new moulds and make free samples.
(2). 2-3 weeks after receipt of deposit and confirmation of the order.

Q4:What surface treatment methods do you have?
A: Mill finish, Powder coating, Anodizing, Wooden grain, Electrophoresis, Fluorocarbon coating, Sandblast, Brush and Polish.

Q5: How about the payment terms?Trade Terms?
A: 100% T/T for new moulds. T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance paid before loading.
A: FOB /CIF /CNF , FCL(Full container load), LCL(Less container load)

Q6: How to make OEM?
A: We will sign agreement and customer need to offer us brand authorization, we will produce customized products with customers' brand mark on the package with requirements.

Q7: What's your Quality Control Plan?
A: We have strictly 5S quality control plan in our factory
1S is Incoming materials quality control
2S is Production line quality control
3S is Packing quality control
4S is Warehouse quality control
5S is loading quality control plan
We can avoid the Inferior quality issues our factory.

Q8: How to deal after-sale?
A: Within 15 days after customers receive goods without questions, goods are seem as pass. If customers find some quality problems, please show clear pictures and let us know the quantity.We will check to confirm the reasons and discuss reparation form with customers if it is our problems.
